How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Fulfillment: We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.


Do you ship to all countries?

We ship internationally to all countries except Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.

 

What does Flat Rates in shipping options mean?

Flat rates are the default pricing for shipping. The type of shipping method used depends on the availability and price offered by the carrier. Whereas the rest of the options are Live rates, which are calculated based on the exact weight and destination of the order. They're also the only shipping method that offers express options, like FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx international rates. Live rates are often cheaper than the flat rates, especially for international orders.

 

Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?

They don't ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box is entered.

 

What tracking options are there?

All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent; however, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS system.


Why don't canvases ship to Australia?

In order to protect its ecosystem from invasive foreign species, Australia has strict laws for what can be imported into the country. Wood products are especially regulated as they can contain timber borers, insect pests, bark, and other potential biohazards.

The regulations and treatment processes for importing wooden products into Australia are incredibly difficult to maintain, so for that reason we do not ship canvases there.

Can you include custom messages for my orders?

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees.

What is your return policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

What if the product is lost in the mail?

No worries! we'll send a replacement order for you.

 

What if I entered a wrong address?

If the address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the us then we'll contact you for an updated address. We will reship the order at your expense. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We'll ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, then we'll gladly send a replacement.

 

What if a frame breaks during shipment?

We guarantee each product from the moment it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship their order to ensure they are satisfied with the product.

 

What if I have ordered the wrong size?

We only produce the items after order is placed. If the order is not yet fulfilled and shipped we can change the size for you. Unfortunately if you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered you will need to place a new order.
